Hi, I’m Erik - founder of Gather West.

My path into real estate started while building my current career in medical device sales. I purchased my first property in Los Angeles and quickly became drawn to the entire process of identifying opportunity, improving overlooked properties, managing renovations, and creating long term value through real estate.

Today, Gather West serves as a real estate investment platform and acquisition group - creating opportunities for others to participate in real estate through private lending and investor partnerships.
